Most new businesses need some ICT advice and support - there is enough to do without worrying about the computing side of things if this isn't your area of expertise!
Beware of getting two years into your business and finding that you don't own your own website name or that the company you used has 'disappeared' and you have no idea how to access your website!
Support comes mainly under four main areas:

Advice
Like most things in lifer, there are some pitfalls associated with computing when setting up a business or setting up a website. My aim to to advise you of the pitfalls before you start and to continue to help and support as long as needed. Advice can be given on most areas of computing.
Websites/e-mail

From buying a webname, advice on a site - even through to designing, building and hosting - I can do as little or as much as you require.
Need e-mail for your business?
Many businesses continue to use Hotmail and Yahoo for their e-mail which can give an amateur look to your business. I can advise on the best way to set up your systems to reflect the professional approach of your business.
Equipment/connectivity
Advice (and supply and/or installation, if required) on PCs, laptops, printers and getting connected to the internet. Networks and wireless too.
Don't forget - if you are relying on your computer for business, you need a robust and reliable system fo rensuring all your data is backed up - advice, supply and support available
Software
Advice an dtuition on the appropriate software to mathch your needs. From Word/Publisher for word-processing and leaflet production to Excel spreadsheets for monitoring your stock and budget spend.
Mailing lists - do you know how to produce address lavbels on sticky labels? I can teach you how to do this and print them using mail merge from address lists.
